Pricing: £25 per item, 35% commission

• Book a drop off appointment with us or courier the item to us at your own cost.
  

• We will list your item at the price provided by our valuations team.

• Your item will be displayed in our showroom for 8 weeks from the day it is verified and shown to customers to try on.

• Your item may be promoted on our social media channels and in our live shopping sessions.

• Your item may have access to pop-ups or exhibits that may be hosted during that time.

• Your item may be promoted by Circular Threads Brand Ambassadors, Celebrities or on Catwalks.

Please note:

• All items must be dry cleaned before they are listed. If items have not been dry cleaned, a £25 fee will be applied. 

• Your valuation is used as a guide and we will use our discretion on pricing to sell the piece on your behalf.

• The day your item is listed may differ from the drop-off date as we follow an internal process to verify and list your item online. You will be notified online once your item is online, please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email and mark sender as ‘safe’.

• After 8 weeks, if your item hasn't sold then you will be contacted to collect it from the Circular Threads studio or you can pay for the postage and we will post the item to you. Your item will remain online and our selling fees will remain the same.

• All pieces must be collected within 2 weeks of the collection email, otherwise you will be charged a late collection fee.

Note, we are unable to keep Sellers regularly updated about their individual pieces, please do contact us if you would like an update on your item.
