Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you need to make a return, Circular Threads will be happy to offer you a full refund if your item falls into the criteria below:
- You receive the wrong item / the item is not as described
- The item doesn’t arrive
Otherwise, all sales are final and ready to be Preloved! If you don’t like the item anymore, we won’t be able to grant you a full refund; but you will be able to relist the item back on Circular Threads free of charge. If the item doesn’t fit perfectly, let us know, and we will see if we can direct you to a tailor!
Make sure the item you purchase is up to one size bigger than your size, and has ‘additional margin’. This means that there is enough fabric to enlarge your outfit. This information can be found in the product descriptions.
When you make a purchase, you will have up to 48 hours after you receive the item to inform us if the item has been misrepresented in any way. If the claim is not made within 48 hours of delivery, the item will be marked as accepted and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
To start a return, you will need to contact us at hello@circular-threads.com. Make sure you send us as many pictures as possible to support your claim for a refund. If you claim is accepted by our team, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the email approval to be eligible for a refund.
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with the 360 ID tags untampered, unworn, and in its original packaging. If not, the item will be returned back to you at your expense. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
