Concierge Try-On Service

Found something you love but want to try it on first? Our Concierge Try-On Service brings it to our Watford studio for you.

For £50, we coordinate directly with the seller, arrange secure drop-off, and book you a private try-on appointment. If there is more than one piece you have your eye on, you can add up to three to the same request at no extra cost.

How it works

1. Tell us which outfit you'd like to try, above
2. We contact the seller to confirm they can supply it
3. We arrange drop-off and send you a link to book your appointment
4. Come in, try it on, and decide

The £50

Redeemable in full against your purchase. If you have asked for more than one piece and we can only source some of them, we will tell you which before you travel, and you can either come in for those or take a full refund. If we cannot source any of them, you are refunded automatically.

Timing

Please allow up to a week from booking for us to get the outfit in. If your event is sooner, message us first and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
